John Vaughan FNAEA

DIRECTOR |

|
 |
Johns career led him to become one of the youngest salaried
partners in the 1980's of Hampton & Sons. In the late '80's
he was appointed Regional Director for the Central London group
of offices in the growing Hampton's chain.

John has always maintained his direct involvement with negotiations
at the top end of the Central London market continuing in good
and bad markets to sell prestige homes. With over 25 years experience,
that dual ethos of running the business and staying directly
involved with the Clients has been strictly maintained in his
own company. Many Clients will testify to this being a major
benefit to protecting their interests and making profitable
investments.

There are not many locations and or styles of property in London
that he does not know and if you want to find either the right
home or the right type of buyer he will know how to go about
it.

John is Vice Chairman of the National Association of Estate
Agents and is a Fellow of the Property Consultants Society.
