A new development in Westminster launched in London by developers Taylor Wimpey

PP identified the scheme as representing good value for their long term investors and approached several clients to establish if they would be interested.

Using their status to be one of the first parties to be offered the scheme PP was able to reserve FOUR of the first 20 units offered.  Launched at 3.00pm this first phase were all reserved by 3.30pm.  The units selected were also identified as being some of the more desirable in the whole scheme.

Investment : Two penthouses and Two pieds a terre acquired for four individual investors.  The collective purchase meant that PP were able to secure small but valuable discounts.

Completion due: 2017

The flats will be interior designed and furnished by PP prior to being offered on to the rental market.

Total investment value circa £4.5m.

The particular clients combined currently have London assets of circa £35m and these units will be valued additions to a mixed portfolio.
