A small investment flat was identified for a Client as having potential to add to their growing Portfolio.

The Client lived nearby and fully understood the potential for a fast improving location. It also had the future potential to be a flat used by their growing children eventually if they came back to London for further study or work after university.

PP had to advise on the best offer to put forward – there were over 13 bids received by the vendors agents.  Having secured the flat for the client it was then fully renovated and is currently let for £525 per week (Yield 3.25% Gross)   There was also a capital uplift in the value of approximately 20% as a result of the works.
